Dr. Mike Chase

With 28 years of teaching and leading in education both in Canada and abroad, Dr. Chase has worked with over 300 leaders as a coach, facilitator, and development specialist. He has developed coaching, mentorship, and leadership programs for middle and senior leaders not only in education, but also in finance, professional sports, telecommunications, banking, government, and retail. In addition to his teaching credentials, Mike holds a master’s degree in human resource development, and a doctorate in educational leadership with a focus on coaching and professional development. He takes a metacognitive approach to coaching and leadership, with an exploration of the habits of mind that often cause challenges for new and seasoned leaders.
